I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. She's a great therapist! Kind,supportive, listens well and acknowledges your feelings. I love the way she explains things and really puts things into perspective. Has helped me realize things about myself and now that I know these things, I can work on them with her help.
