About me

I am a licensed mental health counselor supervisor in Florida with over 20 years of experience working as a counselor. I have worked with clients struggling with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family/parenting problems, ADHD, domestic violence, and grief and loss. I also have experience working closely with individuals who have experienced trauma and abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. You will be treated with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach to counseling will be tailored to meet your unique needs. Together we will set specific personal goals to set you up to succeed and reach the life change that you can make happen.
