I am passionate about empowering individuals to recognize their strengths, deepen their self-awareness, and develop the insight needed to create lasting change. I strive to create an open-minded, nonjudgmental environment that promotes healing, resilience, and transformation. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, or personal growth, I will meet you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

My integrative therapeutic approach combines trauma-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based interventions tailored to your unique needs and goals. I also incorporate evidence-based techniques including strengths-based, solution-focused, family systems, holistic, client-centered, and culturally sensitive approaches. By drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, I am able to provide individualized care that supports healing, fosters self-discovery, and empowers you to create meaningful and sustainable change.

Melissa is great at helping you through the difficult times. Melissa is great about being non-biased and telling you when you are right, but also letting you know when you need to think a different way. Melissa does not say what she thinks you want her to say she helps walk you through and guide you through all of your emotions.

Melissa is everything I could have asked for in a mental health provider and more. Me and my boyfriend have been doing counseling with her and are extremely satisfied. She listens, understands, and makes us feel like we’re not alone in any struggle we may be facing. This is the first time I’ve done counseling and I was very nervous but she put my mind at ease in the first few minutes of our first session. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa!
