About me
I am a Community Counselor. I have spent my time as a therapist side by side with people in their homes, in their schools, at their workplace, and out in the community. I have worked with people on the Autism Spectrum, with ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and end of life issues. I have spent 10+ years working with families in their homes to resolve conflicts, facilitate understanding, and help improve communication. The family dynamic is unique to every situation and I accept everyone's expression of love and commitment towards building a family.
My approach to helping has always been to help you define your current purpose. I utilize a client-centered approach, cognitive behavioralism, and existentialism. I want you to feel heard, feel seen, and feel you are important. We will work together to help you on your journey.
I am glad you are here and I look forward to working with you.

He's great!
Mathew is direct and understanding. He listens to what we say and validates our experiences. He gives advice that relates to our understanding of the world and hope to cope with it. He’s funny and kind but also knows how to get to the point.
Matthew is an amazing therapist. He has helped me understand my AuDHD and related needs so much better, and as a couples councilor has helped the communication and understanding between me and my neurotypical wife is really profound ways.
Matthew is straight forward and to the point while still showing care and concern for both me and my husband while we have learn to improve our communication
Matthew is awesome - very straightforward and to the point
Matthew has been amazing. He has given us tools to help us better understand each other and ourselves in our relationships. Therapy with Matthew have been eye opening and insightful with him being there to assist us with navigating through these opportunities of growth and learning, which he also helps provide. We see the difference in our life's and relationships because of Matthew and his approach.
Matthew does a wonderful job working with people. He has helped me through my nephew's suicide and he definitely saved our marriage
As cliché as it may sound, Matthew saved our marriage. Of course we did the work, but he gave us the tools, and opened her eyes to so many realities that we did not know existed. We are so thankful.
Matthew has been a breath of fresh air. He’s really helped to provide concepts and thoughts that ground us. He’s also very real with his advice and guidance.
Matt is the best therapist I've had in years! He makes me feel so comfortable and really knows how to get through to me and make me understand myself and how to get better.
