About me

Welcome, I'm Mary Lee (a southern double -name) and have been a licensed therapist in Georgia since 1987 and specialize in relationships of all kinds, I have worked with couples and families for over thirty years in a variety of setting including Private Practice, Psychiatric Hospitals- both inpatient and outpatient, Georgia Tech Counseling and Career Center, and in online settings. Most of my clients have told me they have found me warm and non-judgmental and positive person to work with, I was trained in more traditional techniques such as psychoanalytical and rational, However, I am now finding more effective techniques helpful such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, So I tend to be eclectic and will do what is needed and often combine approaches, I don't believe in labels and will consider your individual needs before deciding on a treatment plan with you,
