I have always thought of relationships as the merging of two separate rivers as they become one. When rivers meet, when is there not turbulence? The “work” it takes to maintain the relationship was never really explained to us, but here we are, and we all couple use some help every now and then. Relationships are give and take and sometimes even that sounds easier said than done. All I can say is that I’d love to help!
I see my role as providing you with my experience and specialized knowledge in a supportive manner to help you navigate the challenges that brought you to counseling. This often involves addressing your presenting concerns with a combination of empathic listening, skill development, and psychological concepts. I want to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard and validated during difficult times.
I take a strengths-based, solution-focused approach to helping you and your significant other identify problems and solutions to help you solve them. My promises to you will always be real. I don’t use fluff to make what I try to say, sound better. I always cut to the chase and am dedicated to working to help you reach where you want to be!

Mark got the job done. He helped me and my partner simultaneously approach the task of removing barriers to our communication by first understanding each of our unique perspectives, Then immediately providing insight and tasks to help us develop new skills to avoid obstacles. I feel that I got an incredible return on my investment that will last the rest of my life with my partner. My new skills are already proving useful in business dealings and friendships as well! Highly recommend!
