About me
I am rather eclectic in my approach to counseling and therapy and keep the needs of the individual foremost in mind. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, demographics and issues. I believe in the identity of the individual over any diagnoses or problem and will work with you on the journey of self discovery to find out what the true source of the presenting problems are and to work on changing thoughts and behaviors to help you reach your life goals. I have extensive experience helping couples achieve the relationship healing they are seeking through identifying their communication problems, learning new skills in relating and listening to each other. I can help empower couples to grow closer to each other by understanding and sharing experiences in their life history which contribute to dysfunctional patterns of relating and foster the mistrust and wall-building that keeps them stuck.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Mark Silla. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Mark has been beyond excellent! He is extremely knowledgeable in ways to approve communication in marital counseling and relationships as well as deeply knowledgeable about addiction. We have only seen him three times and we are very grateful for his help. He is also kind, mild tempered and doesn't judge or show favoritism. We highly recommend him!!
Mark is good at his craft not because of what he says, but what he doesn’t say. A lot of therapists insert their ideas into the conversation too soon. Mark puts the word patience back into treating patients.
Great listener
Mark is warm and professional.
