Wonderful sessions, this was my second experience with therapy and Maria is a much better fit than my first experience.
I was very uncertain of starting couples counseling and whether it would be effective or not. My wife and I had tried another therapist locally and had a very negative experience. This second attempt with Maria was a complete 180 from the first, and my wife and I now have more confidence in our marriage and listen to each other from a place of compassion. Maria does an excellent job making us feel heard, and human, we feel comfortable being ourselves around her. We have never felt such growth and strength and its hard to believe things were so rocky between us before coming to Maria because we are now in a place of such strength and confidence in our relationship.
