I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, & parenting issues. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. Louise is a very kind, thoughtful, and supportive therapist. She always listens to exactly what I am saying and provides clear structured feedback as to how I can improve my situation or do a better job at achieving my goals. She has helped me and my partner worked through some very difficult and emotionally charged conversations and obstacles, and I'm happy to say that it has been successful. I personally think that going to therapy was a scary thing because I didn't know how the person on the other end was going to impact my relationship and my future. But after talking with Louise I have been happy to say that many of the difficulties I was struggling with and in my relationship are being mended. There's still much work to be done, but taking the step to go to therapy was one of the best decisions I've made this year.
Louise is such a great, experienced therapist! She is so gentle and kind. She shows she genuinely cares and does her job well. If you want to dive deeper, she provides optional homework worksheets and relevant readings to further your experience. I highly recommend!
