I'm so glad that you are here! Reaching out for support is the first step toward a happier, healthier you and I will be with you every step of the way.

Before we start, let me introduce myself. My name is Lisa Gregorius. I graduated from Antioch University in Seattle, WA with a Masters in Psychology. I have been providing support and therapy to people for over 20 years. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable discussing whatever may be troubling you. I use Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused Therapy to help people reach their goals. As a therapist, I see the difficulties people start this process with and then I am able to experience the joy and relief they feel at the end of this journey. Relationships can be wonderful and fun but they can also be complicated and difficult. At times, a neutral person may be needed to help sort things out. A person who doesn't take sides, but a person to help you find a common ground and an end result.

We will figure things out together and at a pace you are comfortable with. You may not always feel like you are making progress but it is my job to stand beside you and support you as we go. It may not be easy at times, but the end will be worth it.

Lisa has been fantastic to work with. She helped both of us see each other's side and point of view so that we can work better together and strengthen our relationship.
Hearing her put things in a slightly different way was critical for us to actually hear what the other one has been saying and we communicate much better and are a true team now. We face tough situations together, instead of fighting each other when we aren't actually mad or upset with each other. It has made a huge difference and we are extremely appreciative of Lisa!

I love the versatility of this app and the easy caress it gives us to our therapist. Having a house hold with 2 working parents and busy kids makes scheduling a challenging and this app has made therapy possible for us.

Lisa has been very thoughtful when hearing both sides to a story. It has been helpful to have an outside point of view while we work through our problems, and Lisa makes neither of us feel "like the bad guy." Rather, she sees where we are missing a connection, and then translates that moment for each of us so we can see the other's perspective without ignoring our own. It has been very eye-opening to realize that most problems are not necessarily built on spite, but misunderstanding. I do not think either of us would have been able to see that without her.

Lisa is straight to the point, listens, understanding of All Views involved. This is coming from couples counseling. There is no favoritism, she drives a hard line and expects us, which is good. She calls on both parties to be responsible while teaching us both how to do that.
