In my 22 years as a psychotherapist, I've had the pleasure of working with many couple and families, helping them resolve disruptive family dynamics and communication struggles. My training in conflict resolution has aided couples in learning how to see their partner's perspective, in developing listening skills and establishing a rapport of mutual respect for one another. I believe that partners come together because there exists within their relationship the ability to help each other grow and heal old wounds that have negatively impacted their capability for true intimacy. Within the scope of building effective dialogue, all aspects of communication are addressed including emotional, functional, sexual and the psychological to form a well rounded rapport between partners. Relationship has been said to be the hardest path that humans walk in the course of their lifetime and so it is only natural that some assistance is needed along the journey.

Linda is more than we'd hoped for in a counselor.
She's thoughtful, flexible, respectful and kind.
We have had multiple counselors in the past but this is the first time we have felt that our counselor "gets us" and resonates with our needs. Navigating counseling would have been impossible with a newborn but remote evening access has made it so convenient, as well as the best counseling counseling experience we have ever had. I can't say enough good things about Linda. A real life changer for us.
