About me
I am a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio with over 12 years of clinical counseling experience working with individuals, families and couples. I have a Master's degree from John Carroll University specializing in depression, anxiety, parenting, divorce, adjustment disorders, stress management, self-esteem and body image issues. I am a very open-hearted and a non-judgemental therapist that specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, and fitness that I believe can each help people deal with life challenges, as well as stress and anxiety.
I am a warm and compassionate counselor who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and supporting them wholeheartedly during the process. I have a diverse background and have lived in many cities and countries providing me with a global sense of humanity and understanding. I have experienced many life stressors and I am empathetic to life’s difficult circumstances and predicaments. Together, we can work on your concerns and issues at your own pace and capacity.
I provide an open platform for couples seeking to resolve and regain a stable and nurturing relationship. I help rebuild trust and respect, improve both party's communication skills, and focus on compromise by utilizing bibliography and assigning at home partnership tasks. I act as an unbiased third party listener to ensure both individuals are able to freely and comfortably express their feelings and concerns, as well as personal needs and desires. I touch upon realistic expectations within the relationship and improve the intimate bond they once shared or want to share.
I strongly believe counseling provides a strong platform for one's change, growth, and exploration on many levels. Counseling offers a way to get in touch with one’s inner feelings and can provide insight and awareness, enabling clients to better make the right choices that achieve the change that is necessary. I am here to provide you with on-line support at your convenience and help you with problem solving, decision making skills, and new coping skills as needed. Together we can collaborate on your goals, needs and objectives that are most important to you at this time. Counseling can provide the support and guidance necessary to help you build the confidence you may need at this time to meet your new challenges. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals by providing a consistent support system as you go through life's challenges.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Laura Bianchini. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Very professional and helped keep the conversation going when we would get stuck. Easy to talk to considering it's therapy and it's
My husband and I went with Laura for couples counseling and both left each appointment feeling heard. She makes it very easy to open up and talk about things that may be tough. I cannot recommend her enough, especially for couples counseling!
Laura is a very kind and attentive person. I always felt better after every chat with even some laughs ...I think that is amazing. She's great.
