About me
In over 20 years of practice, I have learned that when relationships fail, all other success in life are diminished. I believe that relationships are the best vehicle for personal growth, It is through our relationships with others that we can see our true selves mirrored back to us .My goal is to help individuals achieve a better quality of life, and avoid needless suffering by healing their relationships.I have worked with individuals, and couples experiencing depression, anxiety,stress, parenting issues, as well as relationship problems. I am culturally competent, having worked with clients from a variety of racial, and ethnic groups and cultures. I realize that there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I am trained in Imago relationship therapy, and utilize other modalities of relational treatment as well. I am respectful of the wishes of my clients, and non-judgmental. The approaches I use allow each couple to determine their future course, with me as their guide.
