About Me
Hi, I am Kristin Scott-Groves and I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Colorado and South Carolina. I am also a professor of lifespan development, which is a course on understanding all of the stages of human development from conception to death. I have trained mental health professionals on healthy communication techniques and I work to incorporate these techniques in couples therapy. I have worked with families of various backgrounds work through transition, parenting and co-parenting, and stress. My approach while working with couples is to develop a rapport, listen with empathy, and empower the couple to make healthy changes.
