Hello, my name is Kimberly, and today, I challenge you to embark on the journey of becoming a better US. "Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional." I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Addictions Professional. I provide therapy to those struggling with a variety of mental health issues, and will help you acquire skills necessary in coping with life's challenges. I have extensive experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse/addiction, grief and loss, sexual abuse and trauma, adjustment disorders, anger management, and couples/relationship issues.

Throughout my 20 years of practice, I have worked with many couples, assisting them in improving communication skills, addressing the importance of compromise and renegotiation, while increasing connectedness and intimacy.
