Hi! My name is Kim, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have over 10 years of experience working with adults, families, and couples. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, career challenges, grief, and trauma.
I specialize in working with adults & meeting people where they are; whether in early adulthood, midlife, or beyond. My style is warm, compassionate, and interactive, & I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust and respect. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your struggles, gain clarity, and build on your strengths.
For individuals, my approach draws on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll work to identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, and create new ways of thinking and relating that support lasting change.
For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly effective approach for improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening emotional intimacy.
