Kelley Sullivan

(LCSW, LICSW)

About Me

I enjoy working with couples here in Austin and Seattle - as well as on Better Help. I like to think that I can provide a neutral territory to help partners work through challenging issues and to work through problematic areas that prevents the couple from moving forward in their relationship. Couples can process difficult issues and determine whether they want to rebuild the trust/ foundation of their relationship and make a renewed commitment, or come to clarify the reasons they need to separate or end the relationship.

Kelley has been wonderful! I started thinking I needed premarital counseling, but it wasn't until I went through all of the events of my childhood and she understood what it is I was suffering from. She's someone I DEFINITELY will keep in my life. I'm just grateful to have found Regain and to be matched with Kelley. I've already started telling friends to use Regain for themselves

Kelley is knowledgeable and down to earth, sincere, and kind. She brings up relatable stories that make us feel valid. I appreciate the she uses anecdotes and gives us helpful solutions. In the past, I've had less positive experiences with counselors who use CBT who use the approach of making the patient come up with everything on their own. This hasn't been very beneficial for me, so I really like Kelley's approach and hope we continue to work together for a while.

Kelley allowed me to talk without any preconceived judgment. I was able to express myself, and she was also able to understand me. I can't wait to talk to her again.

Kelley Sullivan is an experienced and professional counselor. When I signed up I was worried about quality and happy to say I was pleasantly surprised. If your struggling with relationship issues or a traumatic past then Kelley is a great non judgmental resource!

Kelley is extremely supportive and responsive when you wish to talk. Kelley also proactively maintains contact to ensure you don`t feel alone and discusses issues without ever coming across as judgemental.
