About me
Thank you for visiting my profile. I am so encouraged that you and your beloved have chosen to seek out help for issues that are causing distress in your relationship. YOU are the people I came to counseling for now almost nine years ago. I could not agree more with the person, who stated that the way the family goes is the way society goes. I believe that our romantic interpersonal relationships are sacred, and should be developed and nurtured in such a way as they are a shining example of the power of love and commitment not only to our children, and close family members, but our communities at large. I use a wide paint brush so to speak of my counseling style that is centered solely on genuineness, responsibility and accountability. I want my clients to be as comfortable talking to me as they would to their closest, and most trusted friend rather than a professional so very far away. I seek to help you and your loved one to not only renew and regain the passion and intensity of love, but to reinvigorate and redefine your relationship into something beyond what you ever dreamed possible. I welcome couples interested in Christian faith based counseling sessions.
I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Virginia's College at Wise and a Master's Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. I have earned a PhD in Psychology from Capella University. I earned my National Certified Counselor (NCC) designation in 2013, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in April 2019. In my free time I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Karen Eldridge. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Karen is kind, compassionate, and understanding. She offers sage advice and listens to our concerns. She is great!
Very compassionate about her job / clients
She was a great therapist. We were concerned we might not find some with a biblical background, but Karen was great. The book she suggested has helped us greatly. She listens but also has input and she was exactly what we were looking for.
Karen has been amazing for us
Karen is always on time a nd very good at what she does. Has given us many tools to work with in a short time.
Karen is a seasoned therapist who listens very well and has tremendous empathy. I am very grateful for my sessions with her during a difficult time in my own life. As a therapist myself, I always want to do my own work so I can grow in how I help others. Karen has been a safe place for me to be able to do that.
Karen is really great. She listens to both of us and we listen to her. She is very wise.
