About me

I am a licensed psychoanalytic psychotherapist, certified addictions counselor, certified hypnotist, and licensed ministerial counselor with over 25 years professional counseling experience. I work with both younger and older clients with a wide variety of problems. I know taking the first step to seek help is difficult for many people. However, knowing that with support from a well prepared professional will enable you to have a more healthy, fulfilling, satisfying, and happier life makes it all worthwhile. After completing a review of your medical history, and full mental health assessment that includes both past and present experiences, I provide clients with a confidential, relaxing, and safe platform in which we talk openly and honestly about your concerns, thoughts and feelings. Together, we work through your concerns and problems. We listen to and talk to one another about what are the possible reasons you are having these difficulties in the first place. At the appropriate time, together, we develop solutions, plans, and practice strategies to alleviate you of your pressing concerns.
