About me
I have less experience working with couples, about 5 years, but I loved the work and empowered many couples to work out their differences and achieve their goals. I have worked with many Christian couples and I am currently supervising a Pastor who wants to obtain his clinical license. I understand the difficulty of seeking help outside of the religious institutions. I have also worked with non-Christian couples on the brink of divorce due to cultural issues.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Julie Aquilato. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
I had a very positive experience working with Julie. Together, we were able to address several emotional behaviors I have struggled with since childhood. She introduced me to different techniques that have helped me manage my emotions effectively. I look forward to our weekly sessions, and I strongly recommend her services .
Really appreciated her advice, easy to talk to, understanding and quick to offer resources.
Within two sessions she helped me and my partner come to terms with many issues that we either weren't aware of or that we could not quite tackle without some outside perspective and her expertise.
Julie has been instrumental in helping us move forward as a couple. With her very tolerant way she makes me feel heard, whatever I say.
Extremely effective. Sensitive, innovative and sympathetic but also capable of setting some neccesarily challenging goals and questions. Great!
Julie has an amazing ability to get me to open up about my past. She asks the right questions and gives sound healthy advice to help in rebuilding my relationship with my wife. I really appreciate how well she listened to me and handled talking with me even while my wife refused to show up to the couples counseling meetings.
I like that she has experience in all aspects of what I am going through and how she voices her concerns and opinion and how she gives me the best advice that she feels is appropriate for me. But that she leaves the choices up to me. I the decision to me.
Julia has an intuition and insight that she conveys in a way that is gentle, reassuring, but mostly thought provoking. She is certainly helping us as a couple, to reflect on ourselves before we rush to blame the partner.
Julie has great balance of diagnostic expertise, empathy and helpful tools and techniques
