Working with couples (married or cohabitating) is rewarding to me because I get to observe the change. The main focus most couples work on is communication and the respect they show each other. Understanding each others’ love languages, coping skills, advocating for their own needs and working together as a team rather against each other.

Julia has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I to communicate better and break behavioral patterns we both have that weaken our relationship. She is very easy to connect with and we found it easy to disclose our personal business with her. Her schedule is very flexible and we’re always able to meet with her when it is convenient for us. She provides a ton of resources but more importantly she listens and we both feel heard. We’re hopeful with her help we’ll finally be able to work through some of the reoccurring issues we’ve had for more than a decade.
Julia is a wonderful listener and problem solver. I highly recommend.
