Most couples argue about money issues and think communication is the answer. Its not that easy.
Its important to gain an understanding of what the issues are and where the imbalance of power originates. We can only influence the other person through positive reinforcement. We cannot change them. While we do have to practice some acceptance, we also have the ability to change how we think and perceive things. If we can look at changing our thinking, it will change how we feel. Through rituals of self care and self soothing we can improve balance in how we respond to conflict, peacefully.
