Hello, Thank you for considering me to assist you through this difficult period in your relationship. My focus with couples is to assist each of you to increase your ability to understand your view point and the views of your significant other. This process will increase your ability to communicate, and become less entrenched in your perspective. My belief is that a couple works best when they function as a team. I have worked in mental health for over eighteen years, during the course of which I have developed skills working with families, and couples. I have applied these skills extensively with couples in various stages of distress.
