I am licensed in South Carolina with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, women’s issues, coping with grief and loss, and depression. My approach is to help clients to achieve self awareness which is the first step toward change. My belief is that each individual has within his or her self all of the resources they need to live a more authentic and satisfying life. The work of therapy is to find ways to access your deepest potential and to live your own truth. I am here to support and empower you on this journey.
