My name is Jessica Rickels, and I’m a licensed therapist in Maryland with 6 years of professional experience. I’m so glad you’re here—taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I’m proud of you for getting started.
I have experience supporting clients in coping with and overcoming addiction and co-occurring disorders, as well as managing a variety of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and more. I’m an eclectic therapist, which means I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques. I tailor our work together based on your unique needs and goals.
