These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Gerald Crimmins. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
We haven't been with Jerry very long, only about a week or two. He doesn't offer video chat or a lot of live session options, so we haven't had a ton of interaction. But I like typing messages back and forth. Jerry said it will likely feel kind of like I'm writing in a journal and the journal writes back. He's right. My husband would prefer other options, but I think this will be fine. I like that we can always go back and read the messages, incase I feel like I misunderstood something or simply missed it all together. I like having it there to look back at. I could easily forget something talked about in a video or live.
He has been doing an excellent job. Even if I don't participate as much as I probably could.
Jerry's advises are spot on. Wonderful, clear and meaningful insights. I am very grateful that I got him as my counselor.
Gives honest and respectful advice in a timely manner.
Jerry is absolutely phenomenal. I love that I can cover 15 topics in one message, and he will respond to each thing. He doesn't make me feel like I'm being annoying and his advice on how to handle situations is very helpful and realistic. Is it normal to want to be your counselors best friend? That's how it feels, someone who has your back, and when you're in the wrong gently tells you that you could grow a little better if you did a couple things a little differently. I am so thankful for Jerry!
Jerry really takes the time to not only address your concerns/issues but he provides a nice step by step process on how to improve your situation with surprising insight and knowledge that is beyond impressive.
Doing good thus far. No complaints.
Jerry has been a gracious counselor, providing us with understanding and valuable information to help my husband and I acquire skills to restore and strengthen our marriage. A very positive experience.
Jerry is indeed a straight shooter, in a good way. He tells it like it is but with grace. He’s like talking to a friend with the expertise and credentials.
Throughout our work with Jerry, I have felt confident and comfortable with his expertise and feedback. I highly recommend Jerry!
He’s amazing - he’s gotten me through some tough times and reminds me I’m not made of super human strength - that I’m human with normal emotions and it is in fact okay to cry. He has been an amazing support through a horrible breakup.
Jerry always seems to actively care about the issues I'm going through and seems like he actively enjoys helping my partner and me.
Jerry has helped my partner and I figured out how to actually communicate and save our relationship. He's understanding, open, and if he doesn't know an answer he will research it to make sure he can help.
As two professionals with businesses, children, and a household to run, the talk therapy through messaging really works with our lifestyle. Messaging also helps us articulate our feelings without interruption, and we're able to get a clear articulation of our perspective without changing or softening our emotions because we're all in the same room together. It's kind of like we get homework for our marriage, and we work on it separately, together, and with help from our counselor.
I enjoy his honesty and brand of humor. He doesn't pull punches and my wife and I both enjoy the correspondence.
Jerry has been so helpful and knowledgeable in many areas. For me, he validated my concerns and some things that I already know but just need to hear it from someone else. He makes me comfortable to speak freely and is great in his way of delivering the message.
I wasn’t sure about online counseling but Jerry has been very helpful. His advice and approach were positive and I looked forward to his help. He had great plans to think about and offered a lot of insight.
I am really happy to work with Jerry. He knows well what he does, he is helping me a lot.
