My husband and I are reconnecting through Jennifer's suggestions and action steps. She listens well, directs the conversation in positive ways, and helps us manage our relationship through practical methods that we didn't think of on our own. She is just what we needed.

Jennifer has an ability to get us both talking even when we show up without any idea what we want to work on. She has helped us navigate the complexities of a long distance relationship as well as work through historical issues. Could not recommend Jennifer enough!

We sadly had low expectations for virtual therapy, but Jennifer has been amazing! She listens to both of us, and presents different strategies (until we find one that works!) to help us communicate better. In between sessions we get notes and suggestions from her, and it’s great to know that she is thinking of us outside of our sessions. We have already recommended her to a couple different people! Thank you Jennifer!

As a young man who grew up thinking I had to be the “tough guy” all the time and that talking or feeling emotions was a bad thing, I never would have found myself here. It started with mending a hurt relationship with my wife and has led to even more personal growth.

I remember starting out with Jennifer and thinking this was stupid and why am I listening to someone try and tell me how to live my life. She took the time to understand me and to slowly bring me into dealing with my own emotions without me even realizing it. Without Jennifer my marriage would have been ruined and I never would have connected with my emotional side.

I feel like I can talk to people about emotions now and help guys realize that we need to talk about emotions and not to let them bottle up. I was the guy who thought counseling was a joke, and now I wonder how dark of a place would I be right now without it.

I am very thankful for the time Jennifer took to understand my wife and myself. You can tell she truly cares about us and wants to help us out the best she can. She always has material for us to look into during the times we don’t talk which helps keep our minds on the right track. I am very thankful for her because she has saved my marriage and has shown there is a better side of me that has been let out.
