About Me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters Degree from Columbia University in New York, NY.

And lastly, over the past nine years, I have been working with couples. I find that communication is key for most thriving relationships and that often times when communication is not clear, it will lead to other issues. Intimacy and sexuality are also important and key to a successful and healthy relationship. Love languages are integral when examining what our partners might need and want. It has been in my experience that when an outside, unbiased sounding board is introduced, real change can happen.

Jen is a wonderful therapist. We sought her help for couples counseling and found her to be impartial, communicative and knowledgeable. We really appreciate her ability to keep us on topic and she helped us to see our partners point of view. So glad we have her has our therapist and highly recommended her. Thanks Jen!

I'm not great at reviews , simply due to being embarrassed about my own writing skills. My therapist Jennifer works as long you are willing and open to putting in the work. Remember relationships are work, when you don't want to put that in anymore. Decide what's next for you.

Experienced, comfortable, no nonsense, knows what to focus on and fair. Like a a leader building a team. She’s not just there for one side, doesn’t matter if you’re the guy or the gal. Well worth the time and effort.
