About me
As an experienced therapist, I became convinced that many couples who had conflicts and divorced had the capacity to heal and save their marriages. The dreams they had as a couple didn't have to end in divorce or separation and that love and intimacy could have been regained.
I am committed to couples who want to heal and enrich their marriages and committed relationships through counseling.
My approach is warm and humanistic, helping couples realize that the connection and love they felt at the start of their relationship can be re-lit.
Many couple have to recognize conflict is a part of all relationships. How a couple deals with those conflicts can make all the difference. Love can transcend the daily wear and tear of marriage living, but it requires work, respect and the skills to resolve conflicts. Those skills are what I hope to share with my clients.
Couples need to realize the answers for a warm, intimate, and constructive relationship are within themselves.
A good therapist helps show the way to defuse and deal with conflicts and opens the roads to warmth and greater intimacy that may have become roadblocked by disagreement.
