Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jason Strack. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
My husband and I are both very happy with Jason. He’s helped us through some pretty tough situations and even turned my husband, who initially thought therapy was a waste of time, into a believer. We both enjoy the sessions and appreciate Jason’s ability to mediate or keep us on the right track during tough conversations.
He’s relatable and flexible
Jason has played a key role in promoting positive change. His professionalism, empathy, personalized approach, and consistent support have significantly benefited my therapy. I appreciate his dedication to my well-being and endorse him for effective therapy. Healing and growth are continuous journeys, and with Jason's guidance, I anticipate ongoing progress.
Professional, educated and good listener with advice on going forward.
We joined Regain for couples therapy and Jason met us right where we were. He listened and learned about how we operate as a couple and treated us as individuals as well as a unit which was refreshing and made us both bond with Jason easily. He’s a very easy to talk to and with guy, frank and friendly. I would highly recommend using him. And I will certainly do so if and when we need it again.
Jason is a no-nonsense therapist that is attentive and understanding. He listens and makes you feel understood. Can't say enough about how much we appreciate him!
Great.
Just with 2 sessions in , he’s given me confidence to talk through things and make me feel like there is hope for a better future towards understanding my self .
Listens take notes and make valid points. Honest man
Jason is the real deal when it comes to therapists. He's not going to tell you want you want to hear, he's going to tell you what you need to hear. I feel fortunate to have crossed his path.
Jason is an exceptional A+ therapist who gets straight to the point, and wants to make sure you get in the right place. His valuable suggestions, reflections, and exercises address a variety of issues effectively. With flexibility, understanding, and impeccable timing, he provides the right words when they're needed most. Highly recommended for his professionalism and transformative approach.
I appreciate his honesty and being open to suggestions to communicate better with my wife.
Stand up dude that just wants to help you
Jason is a very skilled, friendly and extremely helpful therapist, who is even reacting very short notice on crisis situations, by responing in basically no time and offering very short notice sessions ... if necessary even on his days off.
We feel very save with him! Thank you Jason!
We can highly recommend him!
