About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker with experience working as a psychotherapist with individuals, couples, and families.
Are you and your partner struggling to find ways on how to build a stronger connection with one another?
Together, we will work on strategies and explore challenges within the relationship to build meaningful connections within your relationship.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My integrative practice approaches cognitive-behavioral, Gottman method, emotionally-focused, and solution-focused. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
