About me
The four main areas I counsel people in are: depression/anxiety management, anger management, career/business growth, relationship/marital challenges, and personal development. I am dedicated to helping people solve relationship and anger problems associated with disrespect, insecurities, bad attitudes, and guilt through spiritual non-judgmental conversation! Our hidden, underlying beliefs often keep us from experiencing the full richness of life. I use a combination of objective assessment tools, dialogues and cognitive behavioral exercises to help you achieve your dreams.
Can’t explain why your partner’s so hostile, withdrawn, cranky, or defiant?
Dr. Myers will help you identify the challenges within your relationship that are preventing you from both moving to the next level. In order for a relationship to be healthy, boundaries, respect, open communication and cooperation must be present. Many people have difficulty in all four of these areas. Their partners are avoidant, frustrated, selfish, and pulling away. Dr. Myers will help you respond to these behaviors. She helps couples to stop reacting by identifying patterns of behavior that can be changed to reestablish boundaries, respect, communication and cooperation.
