About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, & parenting issues.
During school I enjoyed working and volunteering with at risk communities in the Waco and Dallas area, such as the Methodist Children's Home in Waco, and Prestonwood Pregnancy Center in Richardson. As a counselor I have worked with children, teens, young adults and women dealing with eating disorders, abuse recovery, school related issues and relationship issues.
Following my time as a stay-at-home-mom, I worked as a children's minister, a preschool teacher, an administrative assistant at a middle school and opened my own bakery. I also have done some volunteer work with a counseling group offering large and small group weekend intensive counseling experiences. My kids and I stay busy with their activities, and volunteering at their schools and with our church.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

She is the best really has helped
She is absolutely amazing! She's smart, helpful, patient, breaks down concepts, and goes deep. I couldn't ask for a better person for my partner and I to go to couples therapy with.
Lovely therapist, feel very comfortable with her and enjoy her insights and calm.
My partner and I have been doing therapy with Jamie for a few months now and we are so grateful we got matched with her. She really listens to what we each have to say, makes sure we are both heard and she’s not afraid to call one of us out when we’re in the wrong. We always leave our sessions feeling validated and with a goal for the next week. She makes us feel comfortable and able to disclose anything that’s on our mind. We highly recommend Jamie!
She is wonderful! ☺️
Jamie is great! Easy to talk to and gives actionable advice. I was worried about the online format and we would just be a number since the therapist has too many patients…but Jamie proved me wrong.
Jamie has been amazing the short time we’ve had her!
It was great I felt really comfortable and open to talking about everything and discussing everything. She's really sweet and comforting.
Jamie had been great to work with. She really has aided my husband and I in rebuilding our relationship, and making sure that we work on areas that can allow us to grow and remain strong, together. It’s really nice to be able to speak to someone who genuinely cares, listens, and offers the best advice possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.
All 3 of us connected so easily, and looks like we knew Jamie before. I was safe to open, trusted in her 100%, for me that is unusual to open for random people. Look forward to continue working together!
Highly recommend
