I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. I also have an advanced degree and experience in working with individuals where their Christian faith is a part of the healing process.
