About me
When it comes to relationship counseling, I look at problems from an attachment and emotional focused approach. This results in not getting engaged in splitting of couples and determining who is right or who is wrong. Instead, my approach is to look at each person's efforts to get their needs met and discovering how they seek to do this in ways that do not work. Instead, I teach a model of getting to the underlying hurt, sadness, anger, and emptiness to move couples towards a more empathic and compassionate approach to one another. I will teach dialogue methods that allow couples to listen to each other.
