About me
? Jaclene “Jackie” [Last Name], LPC
Therapist for tender hearts—whether you’re fighting for love, grieving its loss, or trying to find your way back to yourself.
Love can be beautiful… and brutal.
It can lift us or leave us aching, wondering if we’ll ever feel safe again in someone’s arms—or even our own.
I’m Jackie, a trauma-informed relationship therapist who walks with couples and individuals through the raw, real, sacred work of love: loving another, loving again, or learning how to love yourself after heartbreak.
Whether you’re navigating disconnection in your relationship, healing from betrayal, going through a breakup, or repeating painful patterns—you don’t have to carry it alone.
? What It’s Like to Work With Me
You’ll step into a space that doesn’t rush you or shrink you. A space where you can breathe, be seen, and be safely real.
In couples work, we slow down the cycles that keep you stuck—helping each of you feel heard without blame, and learn to reach for each other with honesty, tenderness, and strength.
In individual work, we gently explore the echoes of past relationships, the wounds you're carrying, and the parts of you that long for love but fear being hurt again.
Together, we’ll untangle what’s heavy… and plant something lighter.
? How We Heal
My approach blends the best of science and soul. I integrate Gottman Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and more—always tailoring to your unique heart and story. I draw deeply from the wisdom of Esther Perel, and I hold space for healing that’s just as much about wholeness as it is about togetherness.
I’m an eclectic therapist, which means whether we’re using somatic tools, art, music, storytelling, or silence—I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
Sometimes we’re repairing a bond.
Sometimes we’re releasing one.
Sometimes we’re rebuilding from the ground up.
Wherever you are on your relationship journey, I’m here to walk with you.
?➡? To Those Who Love Deeply—Even Through Pain
If your heart is heavy, your soul is tired, and you don’t know how to move forward—whether with someone else or on your own—I want you to know: love is still for you.
It doesn’t matter how many times you’ve been let down.
You are not too broken. You are not too much. You are not alone.
Whether you’re trying to save your relationship, heal from one, or understand why you keep choosing the ones that hurt—you deserve healing. And I would be honored to help you find it.
This is your invitation to come home to yourself.
To love again—bravely, wisely, and without losing you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jaclene Newell. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
I have had a lot of Couple Therapist's in my past, and Jaclene is by far the best, it really isn't even close, she truly listens, understands, gives each person her full attention, and makes sure everyone is heard in her sessions.
