Ja’meka has this Ora about her that makes it easy to open up to, that’s not easy for me to do. Ja’meka listened to what each of us had to say, did not choose sides. I guess the best takeaway in my opinion was she told it like it was, didn’t hold back or sugar coat anything, she got straight to the point, told it like is was, gathered the facts diagnosed the problem and got down to the root of the issue and immediately began to direct us on what needed to be done to correct or fix the issue.
