It is easily stages but I feel comfortable with Irene, she is real and Honest and does not pick sides. Personally I have not been a very communicator and perhaps unsure of I express myself when talking but she is strong enough to firmly guide me to the most effective way of expressing myself, I am learning a lot in this process and for this I am grateful. I feel understood and although I would like say more because I have held in so much she had highlighted the importance of forgiveness and not holding onto the past and looking forward. I have never really trusted anyone with “me” simply because I have been hurt so many times in the past but for some reason I feel confident in her leading and that she knows God which adds to the secure safety I feel in our sessions.
