About me

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California. Couples and individuals have been coming to me for over 38 years to overcome childhood abuse and trauma, communication issues, sexual dysfunctions, and dysfunctional parenting. Together we resolve marital distress, child and adolescent behavior problems, grief/loss, life stage stresses, anger issues, depression and anxiety. Couples often are unskilled in communication and relationship skills and need guidance in learning them. Many problems can be lessened by simply learning how to understand the other's point of view even when it s different than yours. Learning how to understand and negotiate differences can have a profound effect on improving your relationship.
