My name is Helen Cook. I'm a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have had EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples) training and used those skills with couples. I have done much reading on RLT (Relational Life Therapy) by Terry Real and believe that much of our couple issues are embedded in early life trauma which can help heal a couple relationship.
