It is amazing that you are here, seeking help and wanting better for yourself, your partner and your family. You all deserve this. I believe we all have noble intentions behind our actions, we all try our best to survive and adapt during times of hardships, stress and trauma. Therapy is an important part of understanding who we are, and why we are.
I received my Masters in Social Work in 2015, and went on to earn my License in Clinical Social Work. I have five years of experience providing therapy to couples, focused on understanding communication and behavioral patterns, helping to re-write the narrative of the past and working to regain the hope and desire to work through current difficulties. In couples therapy it's necessary to learn practical skills to build a stronger relationship; communication skills, gaining empowerment to ask for what you want, and the ability to create and maintain healthy boundaries. I offer a non judgmental, safe and unbiased place for couples to grow together, create more balance, and have peace.
I hope to hear from you, and wish you all the best on your journey towards wellness!

I was initially skeptical about going to counseling, but am glad I did. Hannah is very supportive and professional. I feel she truly does care about what goes on in our sessions.
