My name is Glenn Anderson, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with 15 plus years of experience. It is my belief that we grow when we decide to and once that decision is made, change begins. I will respect where you are at in life, when you arrive and work 100% to assist in helping you achieve empowerment before you leave. Throughout my career, I have worked with many couples in counseling and have seen excellent results due in part to the willingness of the couples desire to see change in there relationship and willingness to do the work towards more effective communication.
I am comfortable working in all cultures and have done so for much of my career. I identify and value the commonality and differences of the human experiences. technically, my approach is humanistic-based, with behavioral cognitive and insight-oriented interventions. My assessments and evaluations are comprehensive bio-psycho-social. My goal is to establish a connection, whereby both the couples and I will partner, addressing those aspects of life which present formidable obstacles, and/or repress growth. I do this through interventions that respect the client and help empower the use of lessons learned to overcome symptoms; sabotaged relationships; difficulties, while modifying target behaviors and thoughts. I love what I do. I love to see others grow and heal. I am passionate about it and I will give your concerns my absolute best. I am currently licensed in the state of California.
