These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Gary Grant. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Gary has helped me and my partner find new ways to communicate. We were able to pinpoint areas of our relationship that needed strengthening and areas that were weak. He was very thoughtful and understanding in his approach. We would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help.
Gary Grant is a get eat therapist, listens and does a good job or relating to our thought process and making it into viable solutions.
Gary Grant is an excellent communicator who showed me so much respect. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns, and he was very effective in helping me to reach my own solutions while providing clarity regarding my experiences and options for resolve. I would highly recommend him!
Gary is great at helping you focus on specifics. Then boiling it down to the core issue at hand and presenting options for you.
Gary is a very nice guy who is a wise teacher as well as an astute listener. My wife and I often fail to properly interpret the other persons feelings and what we are actually trying to say to one another. We often get locked in our own ways of thinking and almost hear what we want to hear rather than what the other is actually saying. Gary's able to decipher my wife and I's communication and identify what it is we are really trying to say to one another and also identify each of our own misinterpretations so that we actually hear what the other person's meaning is behind the message. He quickly identified some very key issues in me personally that I was already aware needed a lot of work, he's helped me to work through those issues and identify other areas I was not aware of. He's provided my wife and I a structured approach to our communications that require us to respect the other person, listen to what they are actually saying, repeat to that person what we heard and confirm we've understood their intention and meaning, and then provide a positive reinforcement with that statement. It's really helped switch my wife and I's communication to more positive and affirming interactions. I feel after each session we are garnering actual useful tools that we can use to improve our relationship, I've never felt that utility in other therapy we've had in the past. Very grateful for us getting the opportunity to have Gary as our therapist.
