I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor in Texas with 18 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. My work includes helping clients navigate stress and anxiety, relationship and family conflicts, grief and loss, and the many challenges that come with parenting. I also work closely with couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection.
