I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University located in Boca Raton, FL. I acquired my Master of Science degree in 1999 from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL where I majored in Mental Health Counseling. I was inducted into Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society in 1998. I am currently licensed in the State of North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor - Supervisor (LCMHC-S), #9235 and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, #2998.
I have over 22 years of working in the mental health field as well as with substance abuse clientele. I am a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA), American Psychology Association (APA) and Veterans with PTSD. I specialize in clientele with chronic mental illnesses to include psychosis, personality disorders, addictions and mood disorders. I have extensive experience working with various clientele populations to include children through geriatrics, foster care children, adult inmates and juvenile delinquents. I have extensive experience working with couples in helping them to build a better understanding of relationships and why communication is the key.
Therapy is a process whereas the client discusses issues and concerns with me in order to find a way to either cope with situations and/or relieve themselves of the stressor. I like to make sure that clients recognize that it is not a method of being given the answers to your problems or how to solve daily issues. You already have that within yourself! I will be there to be an objective voice in order to help you to view different perspectives from other angles. It is easy for a person to become wrapped up in their own issues that they are unable to rationalize. This is where I come in to help you “to look outside of the box”.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Eugenia Davis. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
Friendly and not judging. We’re getting so much out of our discussions with Eugenia!
Eugenia provides a wonderful mix of compassion, maturity, and accountability we need do work on our relationship. She's also fun to talk to.
Eugenia Davis is a caring and competent therapist who understands her clientele. She customizes her therapy to the needs of her clients, and is very responsive to messages. I feel like I have made faster and more significant progress due to seeing her.
Excellent therapist who really helped our relationship!
Eugenia is great. I highly recommend her.
Eugenia really listens and truly makes you feel heard. I knew from our first session we had picked the right therapist and I wasn't wrong.
Very open minded and has been a great mediator for me and my spouse. I would highly recommend. It’s not easy but necessary, keep that in mind. :-)
We really enjoy working Eugenia. She has helped us communicate better and have a happier relationship overall.
I really love our sessions with Eugenia. She is so easy to talk to and I feel comfortable talking to her about sensitive issues.
She is rather like a friend thank you for being so lovely x
Eugenia is pretty good, she has a lot of experience and I feel my mental health is safe with her care and guidance
My husband and I did not know what to expect from tele-therapy. What a nice surprise! Speaking with Eugenia is almost as intimate as an office setting, and we love the fact that we have so many choices of therapists and we can meet with ours in Florida while sitting in our living room in North Carolina. Eugenia uses just the right combination of counsel, humor and a little warm-up sharing. As a couple of 34 years, trained in communication and facilitation, we are gaining perspective on ourselves and our relationship each week.
Eugenia is warm, insightful, and caring. She not only helped improve our communication but gave us confidence in our marriage! I can’t recommend her enough and hope to re-visit with her again in the coming years. She’s an expert at this craft and we actually use the tools she gave us daily!
Would recommend 100%
Eugenia is practical, empathetic, and focused on our issues. She provides us with easy-to-use skills that have really improved our communication.
