About me
Relationships that can weather the storms are possible and are happening every day. Regardless of if you 're a couple trying to stay together, separate amicably, co-parent from the same or different residences or deciding if you still want to be a couple. I feel some of the major key elements to all types of relationships are intertwined with elements such as definitive respect, acceptance of who each other are, allowing each other room to grow. I feel anyone no matter their life stage can learn to incorporate many if not all of these elements into all of their relationships. This results in increased relationship successes regardless of your overall relationship goal. Building the skills to be able to insert these types of ingredients of success into your relationship(s) is where I can help if you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ethel Dickerson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Ethel is the best as far as therapists go. She is kind, compassionate and doesn't take sides but rather tries to help both parties see each other's perspective.
She helps by going back to the basics and helping us explore things that we didn’t think of. She makes the sessions feel comfortable and fun
Very patient and fair with her thoughts. Direct, and gets to the core and helps you work from there. Highly recommend
Ethel has been a game changer for us. She's honest, plain-spoken and has brought a wealth of experience into helping us navigate our relationship in a more loving, thoughtful way. She's a compassionate listener and her positivity is a real plus. Before starting this experience we were a bit apprehensive and would never have guessed that we would actually enjoy our couples counseling but Ethel has made our sessions safe, comfortable and yes, we have even shared a few laughs. Only a few sessions in and there has already been positive change in our relationship. She is really helping us. We can't recommend her highly enough.
Ethel is a kind and caring therapist. As a couple therapist, she does a great job of understanding both sides (without picking one) and tries to get to the heart of the issue. Her sense of humor and gentle demeanor have been tremendously helpful to us. Highly recommend!
Listens attentively. Non judgmental. Empathetic and offers good strategies to overcome problems.
Ethel is very fair and validates the feelings of all parties involved while also allowing for trust and open communication. She has the ability to address both sides of the issue with clarity
Ethel is extremely kind and attentive. She creates a comfortable environment which allows clients to be open and transparent. She has a way of making personal experiences relatable encouraging others to see things from different perspectives. She’s really great! I’m glad we were matched with Ethel as our therapist
