We’ve really liked Erica! She’s down to earth and it feels like we’re talking to a friend instead of someone dissecting us! She’s the reason my husband will actually keep going to therapy!
I have the best counselor!
She’s always here for me with an unbiased opinion, and best tools to help me succeed.
Very professional and approachable individual. Loved her good work.
Erica has been so patient and understanding of our issues! She is very good about making my husband and I feel validated in our feelings but also is very helpful about when we need to be constructive to make positive changes. She will be the reason my marriage works after I was ready to give up!
Erica is the best. She has helped me so much because her approach challenges me to improve while also being warm and accepting. I just really enjoy talking to her and getting useful ideas that I hadn't considered before. Thank you, Erica!
Erica is passionate about helping people figure out where they want and need to be. She shows compassion but will be honest with you. She is supportive and I feel like she is always there! She responds so quickly and will even check in when I haven't reached out in awhile. Our phone conversations never feel cut short and I always feel relief and have direction when we are done. Erica is awesome. ♥️
Erica is extremely helpful and unbiased which is just what you’d want! She’s great and I would recommend her to anyone who feels they need some relationship (or life) guidance.
I've really enjoyed working with Erica. I was a tad bit skeptical about trying online therapy, but it didn't feel much different from meeting in person and was so much more convenient. Erica was easy to talk to, raised good questions and was flexible with what we discussed. I would definitely recommend her.
Erica has been a great help over the last month since we started. She is easy to talk to, pragmatic, responsive and funny! I would definitely reccommend Erica to anyone looking for couples counseling.
Erica is kind, considerate and especially, compassionate. Her professional, yet personable temperament helps me be able to open up on a level deeper than I've ever gone with anyone before without risk of feeling judged or put down. Her compassion-based approach is helping me solve years of degrading conflict inside of me and helping heal areas I was certain would never change. I'm looking forward to seeing my marriage thrive as I continue to get healthier with her help.
Erica has been great. As a queer couple, my partner and I weren't sure how ReGain would work, but we feel lucky to have a chance to work with Erica, who is very helpful and supportive. We appreciate the flexibility of scheduling, as our work weeks are often hectic.
Wow, Erica has been so amazing for myself and for my relationships. She truly listens to you and makes you figure it out together, which is what I want. She makes me think critically about my emotions and actions and she always makes sure I know she is not judging, just asking and recommending. Sometimes I still wonder why I can't find someone like this in person, but the video, phone, and text chats are so well rounded that I don't even notice she isn't local. She has also been so patient and kind and understanding with my husband and myself. She truly makes us both feel like we are heard and understood while finding mutually beneficial ways to resolve and talk about our issues. Both of us were really worried about a counselor taking "sides" because of our past experiences, but she really didn't and even when we brought up sensitive subjects she was not phased and did not show surprise or any judgement. I can't recommend her enough and have truly appreciated her skills. We've "paused" our counseling for a few months at a time and whenever we need some extra guidance or help we come back to her and it's so great knowing she already knows our key issues and our history.
With the short time my husband and I have been talking with Erica Mau, we have grown and are still learning.
