I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. Great session
My husband and I love Dr. Allen!!!! We were nervous going into this process of getting help, but Dr. Allen put us completely at ease and creates a safe space for us to be open. She is great at listening us while simultaneously seeing what’s under the surface. My husband, who was pretty much anti-therapy before we began, turned to me after our most recent session and said, “Thank God for Dr. Allen. We just need to keep her for the rest of our lives!”
