About me

Hello! Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.

I would be honored to share in your journey. I am a licensed professional counselor, psychotherapist, and life coach with a rich and eclectic practice spanning many years. I have worked with individuals and families navigating family dynamics, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and a wide range of life challenges. Life is not always easy, and there are moments when you may feel sadness, fear, or confusion. My goal is to walk alongside you through those struggles and create a plan that helps you not only feel better, but grow stronger—both individually and together as a couple.

I bring my whole heart to my work, and my approach is deeply informed by both my professional experience and my personal journey. As a mother of four, including a child with significant needs, I understand firsthand the challenges of life and relationships. Over the years, I have discovered practical strategies, tools, and approaches that truly work in navigating life’s complexities.

Couples therapy is a journey of both connection and self-discovery. Relationships can be difficult to navigate, even for those who love deeply. I am here to guide you and your partner as you work through challenges, improve communication, and cultivate respect, understanding, and joy—both in your relationship and within yourselves. Even when one partner may struggle to engage fully, I am here to support you through those trying moments.

My approach is structured, comprehensive, and focused on sustainable growth. We work on the whole person, addressing emotional, mental, and practical aspects of well-being. Together, we create a step-by-step plan tailored to your needs, which may include sessions, journaling, physical wellness, nutrition, mindfulness practices, and more. The work is not always easy, but with commitment, meaningful change is achievable. Many couples I have worked with have found renewed connection, clarity, and joy by following this process.

I meet each partner individually and together, ensuring that both of you are heard, understood, and supported. I deeply value the transformative potential of this work—bringing two people closer by helping each person grow individually first.

It would be my privilege to support you both as you navigate this journey. Thank you for reaching out, and I look forward to working with you.

Love Wins~
Liza

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Prof. Elizabeth Tsahiridis. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.

My wife and I are doing what we can to regain our marriage, prof. T has made it a pont to call things as they are and "profront" us with our wrong doings and help us get back on track with what our marriage should have been the entire time. I appreciate her forward, blunt thought processes. It's what we need to potentially make this work.

Liza is incredibly supportive. It's like having another mum who looks out for you and takes care of you, and even checks up on you. I have a lot of faith that she will help me in my relationship and build up my confidence! Thank you Liza.

I love working with Professor Tsahiridis, she’s really helped me and my partner understand each other better and improved our communication. She’s straightforward and doesn’t sugar coat, which I like a lot and my relationship has improved a lot since my first session with Liza in November.
