I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I have many years of my career provided couples counseling working with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other.

I was very surprised especially after the second session how much I’m at ease with her ! I feel very comfortable with her and she has softness about her that I love .
